This is an active, client-facing role designed for a collaborative, relationship-driven professional who excels at understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving account growth.
As Director of Client Solutions, you will be instrumental in managing and growing relationships with market research agencies, ad agencies, and consulting firms. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying ways to increase value for existing clients and optimizing their use of Emporia's platform. While primarily focused on account management and growth, there will be opportunities to pursue new business within your network and assigned leads.
