Workback, a learning as a benefit startup, was looking to interview ten leaders in Human Resources and Learning & Development as part of their research. The participants needed to be decision makers based in the United States who managed learning and development budgets of various sizes ranging from $50,000 - $500,000. The team at Workback had to conduct these interviews quickly in order to make critical product decisions and only had a window of one week to finish their interviews.
The Workback team onboarded to Emporia's calendar management environment to streamline scheduling. After screeners were designed to further qualify candidates and satisfy L&D budget quotas, the Emporia team turned to its proprietary sourcing engine to recruit participants. More than 200 attributes across 1B+ professionals were considered in finding the right fits.
Within three business days 19 qualified candidates were sourced and screened. These recruited participants represented a mix of demographies spanning 17 cities and 11 states. The Workback team selected 10 candidates and interviews were scheduled and conducted that same week.
