The Role

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be instrumental in building out our research platform. You will be directly responsible for scaling our book of business of enterprise customers by ensuring the success of projects.

This role is fast-paced and highly operational, with a focus on account growth. You will spend most of your time supporting customers' projects and helping them connect to participants. As the first point of contact for both our clients and research participants, you will work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements.

Ideal candidates have prior experience working in enterprise project management, business development and/or customer success. We are looking for candidates that are excited to face the successes and challenges of expanding client accounts and developing champion users.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to service timely requests to connect with research participants
  • Oversee the operations of our study invitation distribution engine
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and management teams to continuously improve the Emporia platform
