The Role

As a Project Delivery Associate, you will be the right hand to our client solutions team and an essential force behind day-to-day business operations. You will help scale our book of business of enterprise customers by delivering top-quality service for their studies and connecting them to the right participants for their projects. 

This role is fast-paced and highly operational, blending internal team support, project management, and lighter-touch customer service. You will spend most of your time supporting customers' projects and helping them connect to participants. 

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Ideal candidates have experience in executive support, operations, or project management roles and are excited to wear multiple hats in a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Emporia’s Client Solutions team, including launching new projects, sourcing participants, tracking progress, and performing project reconciliations
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to fulfill time-sensitive requests and ensure seamless connections with research participants
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our study invitation engine, ensuring accurate targeting and timely distribution
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and high-impact projects

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or business operations
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—someone who gets things done without needing to be asked twice
  • You have exceptional communication and coordination skills
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love bringing order to chaos
  • You’re resourceful, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve systems and processes
  • You are passionate about supporting a growing team and building something from the ground up
